If I cancel my subscription early, is there a cost?
There is no penalty for cancelling your subscription prior to the completion of your contract period, but please note that we will not provide any refunds.
Is there a discount for a yearly service?
Yes. If you subscribe to naus for 12 months, you will be charged the equivalent price of 10 monthly subscriptions.
Can I upgrade my subscription as my requirements grow?
Yes, you can modify your subscription terms as your business requirements change. Contact us on subscription@naus.com to discuss further.
Can I switch from a monthly to yearly subscription without penalty?
Yes. Your yearly subscription will commence on the day that you switch plans. We strongly encourage you to consider a yearly subscription, as it is the same cost as 10 monthly subscriptions.
Does naus have sample data in it that I can experiment with?
Yes. All naus subscriptions include a demonstration project that you can edit and manipulate.
Will I still get 60 free days on naus if I switch to a paid subscription before my trial account expires?
Your paid subscription will commence on the day that your trial expires, irrespective of the day that you make the payment.
Will my data be deleted after my trial expires and I switch to a paid subscription?
Any data and models you input during your trial will be transferred to your commercial licence of naus, once you convert to a paid subscription. Anytime you wish, you can also export a project you have created during the trial for future reference outside of naus. Further information on this can be found in the naus user documentation.
How do I cancel my service?
If you choose to discontinue your use of naus and you are subscribing to it under a monthly contract, you can cease paying your monthly fee and this will terminate your account. How long are your contracts?
naus can be used on a monthly subscription arrangement or an annual arrangement. The minimum subscription term is one month. The longest term is one year. Both can be extended for as long as your organisation requires.
How do I use a foreign currency or different exchange rates when purchasing naus?
Currently you can purchase a naus subscription using US dollars or Australian dollars. If you are purchasing a subscription using a payment facility that is not based on USD or AUD then your financial institution will administer any currency conversion and associated charges.
