What are your exit clauses if I choose to migrate to another vendor?
We will retain your data for a set period of time (1 month if on a monthly contract or 12 months if on an annual contract) after your contract lapses. You are responsible for downloading your data prior to expiry.
How will my data be provided to me if my contract expires?
